Formal Wear Schedule:

Off the Hanger accepts "holiday" dresses beginning mid-November. These may either be cocktail or full length dresses appropriate for holiday parties or New Year's Eve. We will hold holiday only dresses (some may be appropriate for prom and will be held over) up until the end of January, and if they have not sold, we will contact the consignor for pick up.

Prom and other formal dresses will be accepted beginning the last week of December, and up until the end of April. We will hold Prom dresses through the end of June, and if they have not sold, we will contact the consignor for pick up.

Formal Wear Policy:

    Off the Hanger accepts formal wear on a 60/40 consignor basis, with you, the consignor, receiving 60% of the established selling price. The established selling price will be agreed upon by the consignor and the consignee (Off the Hanger), based on age, condition, demand, and purchase price new.

    Off the Hanger may choose to purchase semi-formal dresses outright based on our general buying guidelines.

          The consignor agrees to the following:

Items consigned at Off the Hanger will be left for a minimum of 60 days
If items are claimed prior to 60 days, the consignor will be subject to a $10 fee
Consignors will be contacted at the end of the formal wear consignment period (the end of January for holiday only dresses, and the end of June for prom/other formal dresses) for pick up of consigned items. Unsold items not claimed within 15 days of contact become property of Off the Hanger
Although a rare occurrence, Off the Hanger will not be held responsible for damaged items
